Responsibilities and Duties

  • Prepare monthly and annual journal entries as part of the close process
  • Complete monthly and annual balance sheet reconciliations
  • File corporate sales tax returns for multiple states
  • Manage corporate credit card program
  • Ensure business filings are current for multiple entities
  • Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Continually seek to improve processes and procedures
  • Assist with annual corporate audit and other audits as needed
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
    Qualifications and Skills
    • 1-3 years applicable experience
    • Bachelor degree in accounting or related field
    • Must be a critical thinker with strong organization skills
    • Must have excellent written and verbal communication
    • Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
    • Must be able to work independently and take responsibility for own work
    • Must be a team player and willing to work together to accomplish department needs
