Our combination of business acumen paired with our values - hard work, service, integrity, and stewardship - is what sets us apart; it's who we are._ Accounts Payable Clerk Reports to: _ Controller Primary Duties Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices Process expense reports weekly Perform monthly reconciliations Maintain many vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures Perform data entry associated with accounts payable Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies Audit and process credit card bills Code Credit Card Expenses Address and respond to vendor inquiries Address and respond to Accounts Receivable inquiries Work closely with managers on coding Preparing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets. Preparing sales and use tax returns. Ensuring imaging of invoice supporting documents is timely and accurately performed. Assisting with audit support, as necessary. Understanding of payments, accounting, and budgeting. Experience & Skills High school diploma. Associate degree in accounting preferred. 1-2 years experience with accounts payable or general accounting Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills Strong time management and organizational skills Knowledge of basic accounting principles A high degree of attention to detail Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Strong analytic abilities Concur, Sage 100 experience preferredCompensation range: $20-$23/hr To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position.
