Loan Agent Inbound Team

  • Training is 8 Weeks
  • Ability to go Remote 5 Months after hire date (If criteria is met)
  • Next Training Class Begins: 1/24/20
  • Schedule is Mon-Fri 10:30am-7pm with Rotating Saturdays

      • Provides quality, AAA service to credit union members to resolve problems and enhance their
      • financial relationship with Mountain America.
      • Cross-sells credit union products and services to encourage a full-financial relationship with the credit union.
      • Able to work efficiently and effectively within multiple channels of inquiries
      • Plays an important role within CU lending. Utilizes CU lending guidelines and weighs CU risk when making lending decisions.
      • Works in conjunction with other business partners (Underwriting, Consumer Lending and Loan Servicing) to ensure we adhere to all established Federal regulatory guidelines
      • Advises and assists members in making informed decisions regarding their accounts.
      • Adheres to the philosophy and mission of the credit union in actions and communications.
      • Organizes large workloads to ensure applications are handled timely, adhering to established service standards
      • Assists in training other Service Center employees as needed.
      • Follows all internal quality review procedures
