Job Description Entry Level & Mid Career positions available Part Time & Full Time Positions Available An established small business is seeking an online marketing specialist on a part time basis to assist the business owner with key marketing tasks for the business. Mostly online marketing. If you are looking for part time work with a flexible set schedule to supplement your current family or college obligations this may be a good opportunity for you. All work must be done at our business worksite. Our office is generally open 8-5 M-F. Remote work is not available for this position. ENTRY LEVEL We are looking for someone with strong communication skills and work ethic to help us implement our marketing program to help grow the business. In this role, you will be working with the business owner to: - Manage Google Adwords program - Develop effective online advertising programs - Post products online for sale - Promote our equipment rental business with emails, texts, and phone calls - Provide documentation support for our sales staff - Coordinate Supply Sales with our Customers by phone - Produce marketing documents, emails, and text to promote the company - Assist the owner in the implementation of marketing and administrative projects EXPERIENCED You must possess at least 3 or more years of solid business experience working in the business sales and or marketing field. We are interested in various specialties within the marketing field. You do not need experience in all these areas. Experience in some of these areas of expertise are required: SEO, PPC, Adwords, Google Analytics, email marketing / text marketing Outreach / public relations Website content marketing, etc. Ad development Video marketing Customer service & outreach Alternative marketing methods Duties You will be working directly with the CEO to enhance the current marketing efforts of the business. Your primary role is to implement and manage our outreach efforts and bring in sales leads. -- Identify key online marketing priorities (based on cost-benefit) for the business to focus on each week. -- Implement our email and/or text marketing campaigns. -- Coordinate and implement web development projects through business staffers and consultants. -- Do the work needed to make sure marketing projects are implemented effectively. -- Monitor and report on successes. Track the number of sales leads and related closes. -- Help facilitate one or more new business project rollouts. Additional duties are possible. This job requires that you perform the work at the jobsite. Flexible hours are possible. Compensation for this position will vary based on the level of experience of the candidate. We will be considering entry level to experienced professionals.
