Responsibilities: Develop a careful and creative program suitable for specific age groups of children Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media, etc.) to teach children Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem Engage with the children at their level Track childrens progress and report to parents Communicate with parents regularly to understand the childrens background and psyche. Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards. Qualifications : Must be 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma or GED. 1-2 years experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
