Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Equipment Maintenance Specialists (Level B & C) to support our Production Equipment Maintenance Team in West Jordan, Utah and Salt Lake City, Utah. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Experienced Equipment Maintenance Specialists. Position Responsibilities: - Performs maintenance on factory equipment - Troubleshoots, analyzes, inspects, disassembles, rebuilds, modifies and tests factory machinery and equipment as necessary using knowledge in areas such as mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics - Uses and interprets advanced blueprints and schematics to maintain and repair equipment. - Responds to requests for equipment repair - Maintains and manages component and replacement part inventories - Works under limited supervision Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): - 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance - 1 years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications (e.g., blueprint/schematic reading, specification, change, design) - 1 years experience using electrical test equipment and precision measurement tools Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): - 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience - Experience using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) - Previous experience in a manufacturing environment - Proficiency in troubleshooting and operating PLCs - 3 years of experience working with Digital Volt Meters (DVM), Oscilloscopes, AC/DC Power supplies, Frequency Generators, and/or Power Meters Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary Pay Range for Associate (Level B) $56,000 - $68,000 Summary Pay Range for Mid-level (Level C) $66,000 - $80,000 Applications for this position will be accepted until Feb. 18, 2026 Export Control Requirements: This is not an Export Control position.
