Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Sector (NGAS) has an opening for a Principal Industrial Security Analyst / Sr. Principal Industrial Security Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Security organization. This leadership role is located in Clearfield, Utah. This position will be filled as a Level 3 or 4. Role Responsibilities: Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes and oversees security audits. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken. Manage program security compliance and operations across multiple functions- PHYSEC, COMSEC, PERSEC, Investigations and Document Control Management. This position will be 1st shift, 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off, phenomenal learning opportunities, exposure to a wide variety of projects and customers, and a very friendly team environment. Principal Industrial Security Analyst (Level 3) Basic Qualifications: 5 years of Industrial Security experience with a Bachelors Degree; 3 years of Industrial Security experience with Masters; 1 year of Industrial Security experience with PhD OR an additional 4 Years of Industrial Security or related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree Candidate must be a US Citizen Must have Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance current within 6 years with the ability to obtain and maintain special access programs Knowledge and familiarity with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), as well as DoD Manuals, and other US Government security manuals Experience with Microsoft programs (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) Sr. Principal Industrial Security Analyst (Level 4) Basic Qualifications: 8 years of Industrial Security experience with a Bachelors Degree; 6 years of Industrial Security experience with Masters; 4 year of Industrial Security experience with PhD OR an additional 4 Years of Industrial Security or related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree Candidate must be a US Citizen Must have Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance current within 6 years with the ability to obtain and maintain special access programs Knowledge and familiarity with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), as well as DoD Manuals, and other US Government security manuals Experience with Microsoft programs (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Active Top-Secret clearance Familiarity with SIMS, DISS and NISS Excellent leadership, writing and organization skills, enabling effective communications with team members, fellow employees and government officials Extensive background in classified programs and thorough understanding of government security regulations Ability to work in a team environment with minimal oversight Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and time sensitive deliverables. Hands on, self-starting, disciplined and detail-oriented individual with ability to work independently in a high-volume environment Ability to maintain flexibility to deal with changing priorities and deadlines Primary Level Salary Range: $81,400.00 - $122,000.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $101,400.00 - $152,200.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
