We make it simpler.We are looking for a dynamic Director of Recruiting and Talent Acquisition, who will be leading and developing a recruiting organization in preparation for explosive growth, with a drive to create strategies for scale, develop innovative talent pipelining and sourcing programs. Experience with high-volume recruiting within insurance market is ideal. We are looking for someone who is innovative, strategic, gritty, can connect and foster relationships, and takes accountability seriously.Responsibilities: Proven track record of designing, implementing and evolving best-in-class recruiting strategies.Lead, develop, coach and inspire our recruiting team.Creatively source and build a pipeline our Customer Service and Licensed Health Agent roles to identify top talent for current and future roles.Collaborate on the recruitment brand strategy with other business leaders and stakeholders.Build a department structure to scale for growth ensuring operational performance standards exceed expectations.Manage and calibrate the ATS system and other recruiting tools for efficiency and candidate experience.Create, track, and report recruiting team metrics to ensure the needs of the business and stakeholders are met or exceeded.Consult on workforce planning needs and establish a comprehensive recruiting strategy working with organizational partners to support new and existing markets.Manage business relationships with outside partners, vendors and agencies including negotiating all contracts and fees.Responsible for a seamless onboarding process; managing job descriptions, job requisitions, and the employment offer process.Act as an inter-departmental planning partner and consult with other leads and managers on projects and initiatives.Manage short-and long-term recruitment planning; track goals and progress toward them.Qualifications:Demonstrated knowledge of recruiting practices, including applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations and ordinances affecting recruiting and hiring.Analytical expertise in leveraging data to problem-solve effectively and efficiently and use that data to make decisions.Proven project management skills, including the capability to set priorities and delegate to ensure that goals are met in a timely manner.Thrives within a fast-paced environment, with the ability to pivot quickly. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant experience5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in the Licensed Agent market5+ years leading a successful recruiting organization.5+ years of high-volume recruiting required, preferably for a call center.Collaborative professional with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Benefits:We care about you and your family.
