who benefit from our products. As a Product Manager at Medsphere ,
you---ll get to: Work closely with developers, user experience
designers, and product experts to dazzle and delight our clients by
creating an amazing customer experience through intuitive and
beautiful product design. Perform ongoing market research and
customer interviews to help ensure our products remain data-driven,
relevant, competitive, and certified. Draft and maintain detailed
product roadmaps with corresponding features and user stories and
user personas, and ensure the information is clearly communicated
to the development team and stakeholders. Test completed
development for usability and QA as needed. Help build, follow and
guide according to product roadmaps. Ensure the correct features
are planned and well defined in advance of the Sprint planning.
Take ownership of your features, guiding the team through the
entire process from draft to rollout, ensuring all technical,
business, implementation, and support functions are informed and
prepared at rollout. Ongoing management and prioritization of the
product backlog, collecting defects and enhancement requests. Be an
advocate for the customer and design the product that makes them
successful. Interact with internal and external customer to build
strong relationships and trust. Lead and facilitate process
improvements sessions with internal customers. Create any needed
training documentation. Proactively communicate product updates,
enhancements, and product specific training to all departments.
Communicate and learn the needs of sales, implementation, customer
support, as well as external customers to help validate product
requirements and uncover opportunities for our products to better
meet customer and industry needs. Understand and promote customer
experience to help improve sell-ability of our products.
Continually learn the current product functions and features.
Customer Research & Analysis - Scope business requirements with
vendors and partners. See more improvements to the products made
leading to increased sales and customer satisfaction. Strategically
align with other Product Managers on the delivery of interdependent
solutions and initiatives. Key Skills: Passion for making the
customers' experience as amazing as possible using creative
problem-solving skills. Ability to balance priorities among the
long-term vision and short-term execution of product strategy.
Expertise in agile software development methodologies like XP and
Scrum. General understanding of the product development process
with respect to marketing, R&D, regulatory, engineering, and
production framework. General understanding of the medical practice
industry. Communication and relationship management skills to drive
alignment. Thinks globally on strategy and decision making. Keeps
commitments and delivers under pressure. Previous product
