Job Description:This is a PRN position therefore can be as
little as 0 hours a week and as many as 40 hours a week. There is a
minimum requirement of 1 weekend shift a month, ability to work
every other weekend is preferred. Holidays are required and will
include 3 holidays a year. This is a PRN/Float role and weekend
availability is required.The Clinical Social Worker utilizes
clinical expertise to perform psychosocial assessments, develop and
implement plans of care appropriate care team, assess crisis
situations to appropriately provide needed resources and or
referrals for the patient, and to provide family and individual
treatment as indicated. This position works collaboratively with
patients, patient's significant other, families, healthcare
providers, insurers, community resources, and all other involved
parties.EXTERNAL CANDIDATES QUALIFY FOR A $500.00 SIGN ON
BONUSPosition Details:This role will float to TOSH and Alta View
Hospital as needed. .The hourly range for this position is listed
below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience and
licensure.SSW licensure: 27.19 41.94CSW licensure: 29.89 46.14LCSW
licensure: 32.90 50.76Minimum Qualifications:Master's Degree in
Social Work. Education must be obtained from an accredited
institution. Degree will be verified.Current State Licensure as a
CSW or LCSW.Computer Skills, i.e., email, word processing.Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.Preferred
Qualifications:Experience with patients, families, and treatment

Requirements:Ongoing need for employee to see and read information,
labels, assess patient needs, operate monitors, identify equipment
and supplies.
- and -Frequent interactions with patient care providers,
patients, and visitors that require employee to verbally
communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information,
alarms, needs, and issues quickly and accurately, particularly
during emergency situations.
- and -Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate
complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy. This
includes frequent computer use and typing for documenting patient
care, accessing needed information, medication preparation, etc.
- and -Need to walk and assist with transporting/ambulating
patients and obtaining and distributing supplies and equipment.
This includes pushing/pulling gurneys and portable equipment,
including heavy items. Often required to navigate crowded and busy
rooms (full of equipment, power cords on the floor, etc).
