At Zions, the possibilities are endless. You bring the talent; we bring the opportunity. We are looking for an Exchange Services Manager to join our team in the Midvale, Utah office location. Ideal candidates will have these skills and experience :

• Manages and coordinates the marketing and operational activities of 1031 tax deferred exchanges to internal and external clients and prospects.
• Leads business development activities and develops sales strategies. Establishes and implements objectives, policies and practices.
• Develops, implements and revises marketing and operational policies and procedures.
• Provides guidance and advice to officers promoting and structuring 1031 exchanges throughout the bank and externally.
• Responsible for the overall division budget and profitability.
• Responsible for hires, transfers, terminations and performance evaluations.
• Stays current on tax legislation and requirements related to tax deferred real estate exchanges. Qualifications :
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of banking, real estate lending, business development, or other directly related experience, managerial experience preferred. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
  • Requires considerable working knowledge of real estate lending tax law, marketing and product development.
