Overview
Revere Health, the largest physician-owned, multi-specialty clinic

and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our
transformative journey in value-based, patient-centered
care.
With over 100 clinic locations, 30+ specialties, and a team of more

The CEO Role:
The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the strategic,
operational, financial, and administrative
direction of the organization. Reporting directly to the Board of
Directors and working closely with the
physician President of Revere Health, the Executive Committee,
Board and physician leadership, the CEO
will ensure Revere Health remains a strong and successful
organization and a pioneer in integrated care
and value-based health management.
Key Responsibilities:
--- Drive long-term strategic growth aligned with clinical and
financial goals.
--- Lead organizational transformation in value-based care, risk
contracting, and integrated service
delivery.
--- Ensure operational excellence across all clinical and
administrative functions.
--- Maintain strong fiscal health through effective budgeting,
performance monitoring, and payer
strategies.
--- Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and high
performance among physicians and staff.
--- Represent Revere Health to external stakeholders, healthcare
systems, and regulatory bodies.
--- Maintain outstanding financial success.
What You Will Need to Bring:
--- A Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business
Administration, Public Health, or related
field.
--- 10+ years of progressive executive leadership in healthcare,
ideally in a physician-led, multi-specialty
environment.
--- Expertise in value-based care models, risk-based payment
structures, and population health
strategies.
--- Proven leadership in managing complex, geographically dispersed
healthcare organizations.
--- A track record of successful change management and innovation
in evolving healthcare landscapes.
--- Excellent communication skills, and the proven ability to
communicate effectively and efficiently with
physicians and other members of the organization.
