Job Description:
Client seeks Board Certified Family Practice Physician for May
5-6 at their onsite Corporate Health clinic in Sandy, UT. Provider
will see employees and their family members ages 2+ for Primary
Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and chronic disease
management. Hours are 9:00am-5:30am on May 5 and 7:30am-4:00pm on
May 6, both with a 30-minute lunch break. Provider must have 3+
years of clinical experience to qualify for this assignment, and
must have recent experience seeing ages 2+.Please contact Paula
