Maintenance of ethical and exemplary therapy services and client relations.Essential DutiesConduct individual, family, group therapy, and psychosocial rehabilitation services and provides ethical and exemplary therapy services for in-patient residents.Appropriately diagnose mental health-related conditions.Complete thorough and effective assessments.Complete treatment planning within the required time frame.Work closely with the clinical director in the implementation of program goals and resident treatment.With the direction of the clinical director, develop and implements clinical program policy as necessary.Work closely with residents, families, and case managers to ensure the quality of resident treatment.Completes and maintains Medicaid and contract compliance regarding record keeping, such as intake assessments, treatment plans, treatment plan reviews, discharge summaries, court reports, and therapy notes.Non-clinical administrative duties and tasks. i.e., reports, attending court, child and family team meetings, and administrative duties.Technical Skills and Prior ExperiencePrefer a minimum of 2 years experience with inpatient and/or mental health care in a residential program settingStrong attention to detail and well organizedComputer proficientStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsDBT experience preferred but not requiredStrong preference will be given to candidates who are bilingual in English/Spanish; however, this is not a requirement.Schedule Full Time, min 40 hours per workweek; evening hours may be requiredMay require after-hours, weekends, and holidaysEducation/Training/LicensingMasters level clinical degree from an accredited school- CSW, LCSW, ACMHC, LCMHC, MFTLocationErda, UTSalary Package$70,000 - $90,000 yearly salary, plus benefits.
