Hospitalist Nocturnist (Hospitalist) When you join us, you’ll become a part of a nationally recognized health system dedicated to our mission of “helping people live the healthiest lives possible.” About this role: We are searching for a collaborative, sharp, and autonomous clinician to join an inpatient medicine team at McKay Dee Hospital working as a Nocturnist. To be successful in this role, you will be board certified or eligible in either Internal or Family Medicine with a robust set of inpatient knowledge and skills. - Competitive, national survey data-based compensation - This position includes a starting bonus, relocation assistance (determined by distance), and a Value Recognition Payment annually based on meeting quality goals, thoughtful stewardship of our healthcare system, and achieving high standards in performance reviews as they relate to citizenship. - You will also be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, etc. - You will practice at McKay Dee Hospital, a modern 310-bed hospital located in Ogden, UT. What you’ll bring: - MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine - Successful completion of ACGME Residency training in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (Appropriate candidate should have inpatient heavy experience and training) - Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine - Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one - Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process - Current BLS Certification is required before the first day of employment *While we invite all qualified candidates to apply for this role in most cases we are not able to consider candidates requiring Visa sponsorship at this time About us: Intermountain Health is a model health system by providing extraordinary care and superior service at an affordable cost.
