About this role: As a PM&R Physician at Intermountain Health,
you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to
providing quality care and excellent patient experience. As the
first outpatient PM&R physician at this facility, you can
anticipate practicing general PM&R care, treating brain injury,
stroke, spasticity, spinal cord injury, arthritis, etc. You will
perform electrodiagnostic testing, general musculoskeletal and
neuromuscular procedures, and manage baclofen pumps. - You will
practice at the McKay-Dee Hospital campus in Ogden, Utah - You can
anticipate working standing clinic hours - You will cover inpatient
hospital coverage 1 weekend per month - This position includes a
sign-on bonus and relocation assistance when applicable An ideal
candidate will have 2-3 years of experience. How we'll support you:

accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine - Board
certification or eligibility in Physical Medicine and
Rehabilitation - Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the
ability to obtain one - Ability to successfully complete
