Job Description Job Description: Outpatient Psychiatry Utah Valley Hospital When you join us, you’ll become a part of a nationally recognized health system dedicated to our mission of “helping people live the healthiest lives possible.” About this role: As a psychiatrist, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. - This position includes a $30,000 sign-on bonus, up to $20,000 in relocation assistance, training stipend and $75,000 in student loan repayment when applicable - You will practice at Utah Valley Clinic in Provo, Utah - You will provide outpatient psychiatry care for adult patients with some inpatient call coverage - You will also participate as an attending physician to residents and medical students for a new psychiatry residency program which is currently under development How we'll support you: We care about your wellbeing which is why we provide our caregivers with a generous benefits package. What you’ll bring: - MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine - Psychiatry residency training required - Board certification or eligibility in psychiatry - Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one - Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one - Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process - We are not able to accept candidates requiring Visa sponsorship at this time About us: Intermountain Health is a model health system by providing extraordinary care and superior service at an affordable cost.
