Responsibilities:
Customer Service Account Manager has the following responsibilities and duties:
-- Manage emails, chat, and voicemails from customers who have questions about or are interested in purchasing Del Sol color changing products.
-- Manage the accounts for 20+ franchise Del Sol Retail Showrooms and work with franchisees.
-- Build positive relationships of trust with customers by anticipating their needs and providing solutions to their needs.
-- Coordinate with members of other departments to resolve customer concerns and process new wholesale orders.Responsbilities:
Customer Service Account Manager should have the following skills, education, and experience:
-- 1-2 years of Customer Service experience (preferred)
-- Direct Sales Experience (preferred)
-- During peak season (November and December), the role will require 1 - 2 Saturday shifts per month.
-- Full-Time Position
-- Ability to connect with people and measure success by how happy you make others
-- Proven record of solving problems.
-- Previous sales experience preferred (not required)
-- Proven ability to excel at multitasking
