Qualifications for the Restaurant General Manager position in Salt
Lake City, UT: A business-focused mindset, with the ability to
drive operations and maximize profitability. Proven Quick Service
Restaurant (QSR) experience required. At least 1 year of experience
as a General Manager in foodservice or quick-service restaurants.
Comfortable leading all aspects of hiring, training, and
performance management. Experience in managing inventory, cost
controls, and cash handling. Strong leadership and communication
skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities
