Qualifications for the Restaurant General Manager position in Salt Lake City, UT: A business-focused mindset, with the ability to drive operations and maximize profitability. Proven Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience required. At least 1 year of experience as a General Manager in foodservice or quick-service restaurants. Comfortable leading all aspects of hiring, training, and performance management. Experience in managing inventory, cost controls, and cash handling.
