Allevio Care is growing quickly, and we’re looking for a proactive,
detail-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract top
talent across both clinical and non-clinical roles. You’ll own the
end-to-end hiring process - from intake to offer - while partnering
closely with hiring managers and APLs to ensure a smooth,
efficient, and high-quality recruiting experience. This role plays
a critical part in supporting our expanding footprint, improving
time-to-hire, and ensuring we bring in individuals who embody the
Allevio CARING values. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Strategy &
Intake Lead intake meetings to understand role requirements,
competencies, and success profiles Build job descriptions,
interview plans, and scorecards Advise hiring managers on hiring
timelines, market trends, and selection criteria Sourcing &
Pipeline Development Source talent through LinkedIn, job boards,
industry networks, referrals, and creative channels Build strong
pipelines for both clinical and provider roles (MA, RMA, clinical
support, podiatry providers, etc.) Engage passive candidates with
thoughtful, personalized outreach Screening & Selection Screen
resumes and candidates for skills, experience, licensure (when
applicable), and cultural alignment Conduct phone screens, evaluate
qualifications, and present high-quality candidates to hiring
managers Facilitate assessments or work samples as needed Keep
hiring teams aligned and moving quickly through the interview
process Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience Manage all
interview logistics and scheduling Prepare candidates for upcoming
interviews and ensure clarity on process/timeline Maintain
consistent communication to deliver a best-in-class candidate
experience Represent and uphold the Allevio brand at every
candidate touchpoint Offers, Negotiation & Close Partner with HCM
leadership and Finance on compensation alignment and offer creation
Deliver offers and lead compensation conversations Ensure a smooth
transition from offer acceptance to onboarding ATS, Reporting &
Compliance Maintain accurate candidate data and status updates
Track and report on recruiting metrics including time-to-fill,
source of hire, funnel health, and pipeline activity Ensure
compliance with hiring regulations, credential verification
processes, and internal policies Partnership & Continuous
Improvement Serve as a consultative partner to APLs, clinic
leaders, and department heads Recommend process improvements that
enhance quality-of-hire and reduce time-to-hire Support employer
branding, provider sourcing strategies, and recruitment marketing
as needed Requirements & Qualifications 2 - 5 years of full-cycle
recruiting experience (in-house preferred) Strong experience
filling high-volume and/or fast-paced roles Excellent communication
and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple
requisitions with speed, accuracy, and follow-through Experience
recruiting for provider and clinical roles is a strong plus
Experience with ClearCo systems/workflows is preferred Familiarity
with credentialing workflows, healthcare hiring nuances, and
multi-state environments is a bonus What You Will Bring Strong
