Sr. Java/Spring Boot Engineer (Remote) Anywhere, USA Direct Hire Pay Range: $150K - $180K Job Description: Our client is a leader in building SaaS for workplace software solutions. They are scaling at a rapid pace and are looking for a senior hands-on Java/Spring Boot Engineer that wants to take on leadership and move their career to the next level. This per son will be doing hands-on coding along with providing technical mentoring to their local and distributive engineers. The BEST person will have experience leading and building go-to-market SaaS products in microservices-based architecture! Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience working in a SaaS enterprise
• 5+ years of managing large-scale systems development
• 5+ years developing software using Java/Spring Boot
• Expertise in one or more frontend technologies like: JavaScript / Typescript / React / GraphQL / Flux / Redux / HTML / CSS
• Object-Oriented and Functional programming, best practices, and testing methodologies
• Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL) and relational databases Bonus/Soft Skills:
  • Ruby on Rails/Scala/Kotlin
  • Experience with scalable solutions using big-data streaming, event-based, or pub/sub technologies (Kafka, AWS Kinesis, Redis / Elastic Cache)
  • Experience with the AWS ecosystem, containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
  • In-depth knowledge of build/release systems, CI/CD systems (Buildkite, Codefresh, CircleCI, etc.)
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog, Prometheus, StatusCake, Sentry, New Relic
  • Experience with Git
  • IoT/SVLive
  • Ability to quickly learn new and existing technologies
  • Willingness to take responsibility, accountability, and ownership
  • Willingness to work outside of normal working hours to complete mission critical tasks
  • Outstanding communication and influencing abilities, paired with strong team leadership
