seeking an Engineering Manager – Level 2 to join our team in
Promontory, UT. The Engineering Manager will manage a team of PQE
(Procurement Quality Engineers) within the Supply Chain Quality
Organization setting & operating to objectives & providing
guidance, training and support based on supply chain quality goals,
objectives & company policy. This position will work a 9/80
schedule, with every other Friday off. In this job, you will:
Provide mentoring, career development and guidance to staff helping
them reach their potential Coordinating and collaborating with
programs to ensure supplier quality team is engaged with program.
Collaborate with supply chain organization to develop and maintain
strategic quality initiatives for the supply base ensure greater
quality success Work on problem solving and failure investigations
to drive process control and first time quality Drive timely and
clearly communicated decisions and recommendations to all stake
holders Act as primary interface between NG and suppliers for
supplier related quality initiatives and improvements Other duties
as assigned This position is contingent upon the candidate
obtaining final clearances and program access(es) within a
reasonable period of time as determined by the company. Basic
Qualifications: STEM Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant
experience – OR – STEM Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant
experience with Aerospace and Defense. Must have the ability to
obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance
Must have 5 years of experience in a leadership role. Experience in
Quality or Mission Assurance. Experience with Supply Chain Quality.
Preferred Qualifications: 5 years’ experience in quality or mission
assurance position Knowledge of MRP systems Knowledge of
configuration management systems and processes As a leader with

Primary Level Salary Range: $126,600.00 - $189,800.00 The above
salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop
Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary
offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and
the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market
conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible
for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in
addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward
individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in
company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions
may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop
Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance
coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid
holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal
