A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PARTNER IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST /
As a part-time Partner Implementation Specialist / Account
Manager, you start out by re-recording and updating older Help
Center training videos, webinars, and workflows for our ATS and our
other ATS domains. Once this is complete, you continue to create
and record short training videos/webinars and write content for
workflow emails. As you gain more experience, you have the
opportunity to run client Q&A calls and training sessions.
You own the implementation and training process for our SaaS
customers and partners from post-sale and beyond. When clients need
a bit more attention, you are happy to help! Via email, phone, and
Zoom or GoToMeeting, you assist and train clients on our system.
You help them get the most out of our SaaS products, features, and
upgrades. You play a pivotal role in reducing churn by successfully
setting customers and partners up for success.
You prioritize your time effectively in order to manage multiple
projects simultaneously. To help customers and partners get the
most value from our offerings, you have become an expert on our
products and services. If integration issues arise, you utilize
your ATS knowledge and troubleshooting skills to solve problems.

- Basic understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Computer skills

PART-TIME WORK SCHEDULE
This part-time position works up to 30 hours a week. The
schedule is flexible anytime within normal working hours with the
option for projects you can tackle in the evening.
