Candidates who are willing to rise and grind and do what it takes to achieve their sales quotas. Candidates who, although they hit their quotas every single year, are tired of starting over on January 1st. As a Sales Executive at HUB International, you will work directly with prospects, clients, Account Managers, company underwriters, and claims representatives to grow a book of business and to sell insurance products, consulting, and other business services and solutions to a growing prospect list. Unlike most sales jobs you have ever had, you will get paid the same commission percentage each year your client stays with HUB. Responsibilities Outside new business sales solicitationMeet mutually established activity or sales goalsProvide accurate quotes based upon complete informationMaintain prospect pipeline in our CRM (we use Microsoft Dynamics).Periodic reviews with your sales leader on your opportunity pipeline and your progress toward your mutually established activities and goalsAs your book of business grows, you will retain and service existing accounts, maintain direct communications with each client as necessary to retain and service those clientsAttend appropriate and applicable continuing education courses as needed to maintain position knowledge and licensingMaintain quality relationships with your Centers of Influence and any other of your associations or networksAny other duties as assigned FACTORS FOR SUCCESS: 3+ sales experience. Preferably in, or around, the insurance industry but we will hire the right person for the position regardless of experience.
