Comcast NBCUniversal is currently hiring for our Customer Service Representatives at our billing service center located in Sandy, UT and we want you to join our team today! This is a remote position but must live within a 90 minute commute to Sandy, Utah to apply due to occasional in-person trainings, team buildings and onsite meetings.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Interacts with customers via telephone, e-mail, or face-to-face to assist with a variety of customer inquiries and issues. Must be able to wear telephone headset and manipulate objects such as pen, keyboard, and mouse. - Elicits and records customer information and inquiries using a computerized system
  • Sorts and files correspondence and performs miscellaneous clerical duties includgin answering correspondence and writing reports
  • Performs various administrative functions for assigned accounts, such as recording address changes and purging the records of deceased customers
  • Receives payments and posts amounts paid to customer accounts
  • Must have a working knowledge of applicable state and federal laws regulating collection activities
  • Verifies accounts before processed to agency
  • Schedules non-pays for the field
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
  • Achieves overall performance goals of the organization
  • Attends training as required

JOB QUALIFICATION:
  • High School or Equivalent
  • Generally requires 0-2 years related experience
