The **Associate** **Director - Member Administration &
Enrollment Platform** works with partners across the organization
to help deliver the futuristic Member Administration and Enrollment
platform that supports our mission of improving the health of the
populations we serve. The Associate Director leads release trains
that contain several engineering pods or delivery teams that
operate with the SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework) model.
The Associate Director provides strategic advice and guidance to
the release trains, business partners and other relevant
stakeholders. The position is highly skilled with broad, technical,
strategic and change experience. Works with executives to develop
the roadmap and delivery strategies. Advises one or more areas,
programs or functions and provides recommendations to executives on
matters of significance, and responsible for the delivery of work
assigned to specific release trains.

+ A Bachelor's degree in computer science or related IT
+ 8 or more years of progressive information technology
experience directly related to architecture/engineering, or other
specialized technology field

+ 2-5 years of experience with Cloud Computing & certifications
in Cloud Technologies
+ 2-5 years of experience with platform implementation and
