Reporting to the CEO and working with the senior leadership of the company, as a Director of Corporate Strategy, you will develop and execute strategies that drive growth and operational improvements in the business. Projects include formulating strategic priorities and execution plans, conducting market and customer research to drive new opportunities for growth and expansion, uncovering customer and market insights, and driving business projects. You will also partner with our leaders to drive the operational cadence, measure and supervise critical initiatives, and assist in the preparation of content. This position requires exceptional analytical skills and the ability to have thoughtful and meaningful critical conversations at all levels and able to adapt to rapidly changing business needs. Strengths in cross functional collaboration, ability to influence, critical thinking, business process improvement and project management are key, as is the ability to leverage technology to implement business solutions.Essential Job Functions:* Develop strategic and business cases working with cross-functional teams outlining business opportunity, rationale, and operating plans to capture the opportunity including product, GTM strategies, and business model.* Launching, managing, and completing the successful installation of strategic initiatives that enable revenue growth and improve company profitability and efficiency.* Developing an in-depth understanding of our business, competitive conditions, industry trends and market opportunities.* Facilitate the design and implementation of new / improved process models and organization structures.* Identifies metrics and performance indicators and collects relevant data, implements recommended changes, and tracks progress towards goals.* Coordinate with various teams to analyze project results and performance.* Identify and manage resources to deliver effective solutions.* Strong data handling and financial skills to work on sophisticated business issues without supervision.* Lead cross-functional, high-impact projects as directed by the CEO.* Tracking the efficacy of various initiatives and help implement the appropriate reporting and metrics to ensure desired results are being achieved.* Working with the CEO and CFO in M&A strategy efforts to help drive integration of synergistic acquisitions.* Other duties as assigned.Position Requirements:* Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; BA/BS required.* Must have 5+ years' experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital or strategy consulting.* Operations experience with multiple assignments involving mergers & acquisition integration; consulting and software industry experience strongly preferred.* 5+ years' proven track record of effectively interacting with executive teams and senior management.* Minimum of five plus years proven continuous improvement analytical experience from a similar role including project management and business analysis.* Able to comfortably dive into any area of the business or product, understand business needs, and facilitate executive decisions based on changing priorities.* Robust analytical and quantitative skills, as well as attention to detail; an expert in spreadsheet manipulation.* Highest level of integrity and management of confidential information.* Skilled at utilizing data and metrics to communicate needs with the ease of a business unit owner.* A 'completer-finisher' taking accountability for ideas from inception to delivery, in an environment that requires robust metrics to confirm success.* Proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent projects to success.* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.* Proficient ability to drive change in a matrixed environment.
