Candidate can be hired in Sandy, UT or Scottsdale, AZ SUMMARY Responsible for the development and day to day operations of a large team servicing the Private Client segment. Responsibilities include staffing, training, career development, goal setting/score card development, team and individual performance, associate morale and associate evaluations. Identifies and targets areas requiring improvement and drives solutions that reduce costs while delivering world class service. Works closely with senior management to assist with strategic direction on executing our mission. Drive solutions/processes that improve satisfaction and increase associate productivity and efficiency. Apply In-depth knowledge of company procedures, securities regulatory requirements and other processes to effectively manage responsibilities. This role is a key liaison with the ETCS Leadership team; supporting efforts in the both the acquisition and retention of ETCS Corporate Clients RESPONSIBILITIES Must be able to remain calm, professional and in control in a volatile business environment Must be focused on bottom line performance and constantly looking at ways to improve overall performance, sales, customer satisfaction and entire customer experience Ability to set and achieve stretch goals while working independently Can Identify, recruit, and develop key talent Seeks opportunities to grow business and drive sales by capitalizing on firm initiatives Ensure retention of participants through concierge-type comprehensive support. Must be dedicated to exceeding the expectations of clients and must have outstanding oral communication, inter-personal and written communication skills; this will be necessary to provide a superior level of service, satisfaction, and to successfully close sales Utilize independent decision-making skills to handle and resolve issues Ability to work independently Computer literacy including familiarity with online services, PC skills, and technical resolution. Ability to troubleshoot basic to advanced technical problems Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks Ability to work flexible shift assignment Basic 8 years management within Brokerage/Investment Banking Industry Demonstrated success managing a team focused on retention and reinvestment of stock plan participants consisting of high value clients consisting of c-suite executives, board members, etc . Series 7,66,24 Required Preferred Proven mentor and commitment to goals-based planning and advice Proven ability to develop and execute a comprehensive business plan focused on growth, retention, and driving revenue Detailed understanding of the securities industry including equity compensation, trading (equity/derivatives), Mutual Funds/ETF's, Bonds, wrap products, lending Ability to attract & nurture talented individuals into a successful Sales & Support team Proven ability to resolve complex B2B challenges Proven track record of coaching team members Ability to create a team culture which drives urgency and a proactive approach to meeting client financial requirements Evidence of strong leadership capabilities and previous supervisory experience Extensive experience and comfort level with engaging and supporting the needs of high net worth individuals / centers of influence Advanced knowledge of the securities industry including corporate equity compensation plans Strong familiarity and ability to facilitate Rule 144 Affiliate transactions and 10b5-1 plan administration Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a very strong attention to detail Superb and dynamic face to face communication skills Outstanding professional presence and positive customer services attitude We offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits package.
