Job DescriptionSalary: Role and ResponsibilitiesPrimary
functions of this role include but are not limited to;· Handling
incoming partner requests for the following:· Questions · Order
qualification · Pricing · Paperwork · Order submission · Order
status as needed· Back office support · Traffic cop · 1st level
escalation · Facilitate partner trainings and discuss expectations
in working with Telarus· Missing homes audit· Relationship with
agents and suppliers in region · Partner / Supplier meetings o
Participating and adding value· Interdepartmental relationship ·
Address simple commission questions · Conduct agent back office
trainings· Opportunity tracking – Salesforce Management o
Qualification o Identification o Quoting o Tracking o Follow up o
Recap sent to partners · Personal metric tracking · Support
Coverage (as needed)· Regular cadence with sub region o Includes
field sales and operations Qualifications and Education
Requirements· Telecom experience 6months+
