Job DescriptionSalary: $17/hrFinWise Bank is committed to our
customers and is looking for a Customer Experience Representative
II (CERII) to come join our team and lead new account openings. The
CERII will help educate customers and potential customers on
FinWise Bank products and services as well to help meet the
customer's financial needs. The CERII will provide friendly,
professional, confidential, and effective assistance to customers
and potential customers assuring a positive banking experience. The
CERII will also perform teller duties as outlined below in
accordance with banking regulations, and bank policies and
procedures.Tasks:
- Provide a high level of customer service contributing to the
overall customer experience with FinWise Bank
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payment
transactions in accordance with banking regulations
- Process wire transfers and stop payments
- Handle cash and balance cash drawer daily
- Open and process new accounts
- Become knowledgeable on FinWise products and services and
educate customers and potential customers on options
- Be a team-player who speaks up and contributes on ways to
improve customer experience and overall efficiencies
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Knowledge, Skills
and Abilities:
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail with math and logic acumen
- Organizational, problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to follow directions and learn banking equipment and
software
- Ability to build trust quickly with customers using
sensitivity, tact, and professionalism
- Friendly attitude, contributing to the overall experience and
branch atmosphereRequired Education / Experience / License:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1 – 2 years New Accounts and Teller experiencePreferred
Education /Experience / License:
- 3-5 years' experience working in a bank branch as a New
Accounts Rep and/or Teller, with a well-rounded knowledge of branch
operations and banking regulations.Minimum Essential Requirements:
- Sit or stand at a computer for long periods of time and look at
a computer screen for several hours a day
- Work at an assigned FinWise office location
- Communicate with others in person, on the phone, virtual
meeting and email
- Maintain confidentiality
- Lift 20 lbs.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Work overtime as assigned
- Work cooperatively with others
- Driving during the workday
- Comply with all company policies and proceduresBackground check
