--- First Level Help Desk Support

--- Create/edit/modify users & email accounts

--- Format/Install/Configure new and old computers

--- Work with and set up VPN software

--- Maintain enterprise virus software

--- Troubleshoot a variety of equipment including PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripheral equipment

--- Grant or deny access and permissions to resources

--- Maintain and manage an inventory of computer and network equipment

--- Travel to site location as required

--- As needed, work after hours and on weekends to provide the necessary support

--- As a Cementation employee, you will be expected to submit a timesheet at the end of each pay period

--- Other duties as assigned
