DescriptionJOB TITLE: Aesthetician DIVISION: Spa REPORTS TO: Director of Lodging LOCATION: Solitude Mountain Spa / The Inn CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time/ Part-Time/ Seasonal/ Commission plus Tips POSITION: Solitude is looking for a confident and passionate spa aesthetician to become a valued team member in our spa department. You will have access to the wonderful views of the Wasatch Mountains and a serene, relaxing environment. The spa aesthetician should possess strong communication skills and a willingness to work with a high-expectation clientele to create an experience that addresses their concerns and fits their needs. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, caring, professional, and have the ability to make others feel good about themselves. • Licensed aesthetician, qualified to work in Utah
• Experience in providing facial treatments, manicures, pedicures, and waxing
• Experience in providing a variety of body treatments, including wraps, scrubs, etc.
• Professional attitude and positive demeanor
• Dependable, self-motivated, and punctual
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of aesthetic technique, regional skin conditions (dry climate, high altitude)
• Perform multiple high-quality, consistent, facials and body treatments each day
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours each day JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for being on-site and ready to receive clients
  • Ensuring therapy room is in working order
  • Being up to 15 minutes early to greet clients and discuss their needs
  • Basic cleaning and reset of treatment room after use
  • Sell retail products to clients
  • End-of-day chores, including restocking of treatment reagents and laundering linens and table shrouds
