• Feedback is in our DNA The Opportunity Our Independent Contractors conduct brief phone surveys, which gather feedback about the experience people have had in different types of healthcare facilities. You will be speaking directly to the resident or their responsible party, asking about their experiences.Independent Contractor
  • Self-Employed - 1099 contractor
  • Responsible for self-employed taxesQualifications/Expectations
    • Complete surveys by the due date for accepted work
    • 100% remote work (training, regular work, etc.)
    • Set your own schedule: Monday-Saturday from 7 am - 9 pm MT
    • Work independently without supervision
    • Check, respond, and communicate daily through email
    • Be very open about your ability to complete assignments
    • Attend virtual training and meetings Compensation
      • $6 per survey
        • Average survey completion rate: 3 surveys per hour
        • Earn bonuses up to $275 within the first 90 days
        • Receive a check for finalized work twice a month Requirements
          • Our independent contractors must reside in Utah and be 16+
          • Must have access to a computer with Microsoft Excel installed
          • Must have a stable internet connection
          • Must have a quiet environment while conducting your surveys
          • We ask that all contractors be able to type 55 wpm to ensure efficiency
