OPAs provide dedicated customer related support and issue resolution for our largest Global and Large Market clients. The Expedia OPA will support their vPay program and will be responsible for the accurate completion of program related projects and tasks which may include, preferred supplier list maintenance, card maintenance, merchant inquiries/knowledge, payment inquiries/knowledge, billing changes, hierarchy restructures, and customized reporting. This is a hybrid/virtual work arrangement position available to colleagues in Phoenix, Salt Lake City and virtual. Will require a 12-month commitment for servicing.Qualifications:

  • Proactive follow up of payments from client and monitoring of receipt within bank account. Immediate follow up with payment allocation team to ensure same day allocation of received payments
  • Maintain close working relationships with clients payment team and Amex payment allocation team
  • Investigation and resolution of unidentified payments received
  • Daily monitoring of client Open to Buy and proactive follow up with client / MAD when OTB reaches 75 80% utilization.
  • Minimum 2 years of analytical experience in a customer service and/or telephone servicing environment
  • Experience working on projects to include multiple players and business units
  • Strong team player who adapts well to change and is successful working in a role that is heavily influenced by business relationships
  • Proficient PC skills including internet navigation and extensive experience with MS Office products
  • Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven negotiation, detailed follow-up, and problem-solving skills with internal and external client
  • Experience in identifying and implementing process opportunities and generating process improvement ideas
  • Strong time management with flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple tasks within stringent time frames while maintaining accuracy
  • Work independently in a structured environment with minimal supervision
  • Ability to consult, analyze, and assess client needs
  • Travel may be required Average one time per yearPreferred:
