Call/Customer Rep needs call center, customer service experience

Call/Customer Rep requires:

  • Problem solver who can patiently listen to,
  • Understand, and address complex customer issues
  • Strong people skills to build a genuine connection with a customer over the phone and chat.
  • Navigate multiple applications and research solutions with ease
  • Love helping people and guiding them to the best solution for their issue
  • Provide calm conflict resolution and problem resolution for frustrated customers
  • Work in a structured environment for the duration of your allotted, full-time schedule taking high-volume calls from customers
  • Open availability between 9am-7pm MST 7 days a week
  • Onsite
  • 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, and will include a Saturday or Sunday
  • Training is conducted Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM/MST until 5:30 PM/MST (2 weeks of training). Call/Customer Rep duties:
    • Navigate multiple apps
    • Calm customers
    • Problem solve
    • Assist and document calls
