LOCATION:Mountain America Center:9800 S Monroe St
Sandy, UT 84070SCHEDULE:Full timeTo be effective, an individual must be able to perform each job duty successfully.

  • Ensures UC related incidents and service requests are handled in a timely manner
  • Works with / Sr UC Engineers to develop increased UC related network knowledge / skill
  • Assists with staging and configuration of UC equipment, including but not limited to IP telephones, telephone headsets, video codecs, collaboration devices, etc.
  • Assists with configuration of UC monitoring and management tools
  • Assists with UC equipment upgrades to resolve caveats and security vulnerabilities
  • Creates documentation for UC related systems
  • Consistently meets the needs of the end user in a quality and professional manner.
  • Assists in PC and telecommunications implementation of new and remodeled branches.

A basic understanding of network essentials including IP addressing, the function of network switching and routing. Understands basic network troubleshooting methodologies such as ping and traceroute. Understanding and familiarity with the Cisco CLI used to configure routers and switches is helpful. Credit Union experience or similar (financial industry) is preferredEducationHigh School diplomaEquivalent to a two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study preferred.Licenses, Certificates, RegistrationsNetwork+, A+ or CCNA certification is a plusComputer/Office Equipment SkillsIntermediate skills in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
