This is a full-time, exempt position based out of WCF's Sandy, Utah headquarters. Hybrid work is available after training. Responsibilities The business analyst works closely with the development teams, project managers, quality assurance analysts, and business product managers and liaisons to analyze, design, document, implement, and support IT systems used by the organization and its customers. The person in this position will have both technical and business skills and will be responsible for gathering and documenting application requirements from business owners, liaisons, users, customers, agents, and other stakeholders. The business analyst will work from product road maps and project schedules and will ensure that the project and maintenance work is ready for developers.QualificationsThe most qualified candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field, and one year of related work experience (or four years of related work experience without a degree)
• Clear understanding of IT development processes, requirements, and governance
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL syntax
• Proficiency in documentation and issue tracking tools, and basic project management
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
