Job Description:
Analyze and assimilate financial data into useful management
tools. -- Prepare the financial projections for the division
(business plan). Ensure quality, accuracy, and analytical review --
Prepare financial projections for each proposed land purchase by
compiling various budgets into a Land Acquisition Proforma format
-- Oversee project profitability spanning the life of a project --
Identify problem areas. Evaluate, recommend, and implement
alternative solutions -- Provide accounting support in addition to
managing special projects -- Assist with month-end closing and
analysis of results -- Prepare various reports and analyses
required by Corporate -- Provide financial advice to managers
Requirements: -- BS in Accounting/Finance -- 2-5 years of financial
analyst experience. -- Construction industry a plus.
