About the Role
The Workday Customer Support Team is passionate about Customer
service, innovation and excellence. They are trusted advisers who
investigate, diagnose and deliver time sensitive, business-critical
solutions to our customers.
Our customers rely on us all over the world, so our Customer
Support teams participate in a regional shift pattern to achieve
365-day / 24x7 coverage, with flexibility to shift pattern changes.
The shift for this position will typically be Monday - Friday from
9am - 5:30pm.
What would you do all day?
Basic Qualifications
4+ years in one of the following (1+ years for a Sr. Associate
Product Support Analyst ):

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any
additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary
based on work location. As a part of the total compensation
package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a
role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock
grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process.
Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple
factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience,
skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. For more

Primary Location: USA.UT.Salt Lake City
Primary Location Base Pay Range: $84,000 USD - $126,000 USD
Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $79,800 USD - $154,200
