Job DescriptionA&D Fire a division of the Hiller Companies,
Inc. is a national leader in the fire protection industry and has
an immediate opening for a Fire Sprinkler Service Sales
Representative in our Sandy, UT office location. Job SummaryFire
Sprinkler Sales Representative to expand our client base in fire
protection services, including but not limited to installations,
repairs, TI's, retrofits and system upgrades. Sales Representative
to promote, estimate and sell Fire Sprinkler Services to existing
and new clients. Account management to maintain and expand the
business relationship with new and existing customers. The ideal
candidate will display creative problem-solving skills along with
the ability to connect our services to client
needs.Responsibilities and Duties
- Respond to all sales leads in a timely matter.
- Regular calls to prospective contractors/customers not
currently doing business with Hiller
- Account management activities to maintain/increase service
revenue with existing customers
- Daily visits to customers to document on-site systems,
equipment, and contact information
- Create and execute a weekly customer call plan, partnering with
Sales Manager on targets and strategy
- Provide electronic quotes for new or additional services using
industry specific service program
- Follow up on previously submitted quotes with visits or calls
to secure the business, overcoming customer objections, issues, or
concerns as necessary
- Verify accurate customer contact information and equipment
information for clients & projects
- Coordinate with team to ensure that the correct parts are being
ordered for quoted repair jobs
- Maintain strong working relationships with the Hiller
technicians and office staff to facilitate effective communications
and exceptional customer service
- Continually learn all aspects of all products, programs, and
services offered by HillerQualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1-2 years outside sales experience with a proven
track record of success in outside sales and/or B2B sales and
strong negotiating skills
- Industry specific experience is preferred but will consider
strong candidates from other industries; training will be
provided
- Must be computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office
programs
- Must be an effective relationship builder with good
interpersonal skills to work with customers and the Hiller
team
- Must be organized and self-motivated, with a sense of urgency
in responding to messages and requestsOther
- Must have clean driving record and a dependable vehicle
