Suntuity is hiring for a Dealer Support agent to join our growing channel team! Come join a fast growing organization teeming with opportunities! Dealer Support is an excellent starting and entry point to the industry as well as developing the basic skills needed to manage accounts and gain experience with the Solar process all the way from submission of sale through to installation! Responsibilities:

• Provides accurate and prompt responses to Dealers who may be IN HOME
• Ensure questions and issues are resolved promptly and accurately
• Assist with gathering information, assessing and fulfilling our Dealers needs, and providing education along the way
• Contribute to the achievement of our service level goals
• Collaborate with internal and external business partners to provide solutions
• Work together with a team of support agents to ensure our dealer partners needs are being met.
• Perform functional support for specific tools dealer partners will use in the home.Qualifications:
  • Xcel/Sheets experience preferred.
  • Solar experience is preferred but not required.
  • Spanish speaking required
  • Time management and prioritization skills are needed, communication skills
  • Pro-activeness and willing to bring innovation forward
