As a Customer Service Specialist, you will make a difference by providing a quality experience for each of our test takers. You will have the opportunity to connect with our test takers, listen to their situation, and provide resolution. Your impact will be felt with each interaction. Do something great today. Responsibilities: -- Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service -- Process inbound/outbound calls, emails, chats -- Identify test takers needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions -- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied test takers, offering patient assistance and support -- Guider callers through troubleshooting and navigating the company site -- Keep record of all interactions in our call center database -- Meet qualitative and quantitative performance targets Minimum Requirements: -- High School Diploma (or equivalent) -- Previous experience in a customer support role -- Excellent verbal and written communication skills -- Great active listening skills -- Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills -- Patient and empathetic attitude -- Adaptable and flexible -- Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively -- Computer Proficiency Preferred Experience: -- Some College -- Two years customer service experience -- Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) -- Experience in a testing center environment Prov Exam is committed to providing Equal Opportunity in Employment, to all applicants and employees regardless of, race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, military status, veteran status, handicap, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information or any other characteristic protected by law.
