Responsibilities:
--- Guide 20+ clients through the home buying/selling process annually
--- Nurture and cultivate company-provided leads
--- Follow proven training and systems
--- Hold open houses
--- Hold in-person and virtual meetings with prospective clients
--- Prepare comparative market analysis
--- Write and negotiate offers on the client's behalf

Qualifications:

Past sales experience is preferred
Great communication and social skills
Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
Show good organizational and time management skills
--- Possess great communication and interpersonal skills
--- Must have a Utah Real Estate license in good standing Or close to obtaining your license
