Inside Sales Representative (No Cold Calls)

The Inside Sales Representative is a fast-paced position, answering inbound phone calls, chats, or emails from potential clients responding positively to the company's extensive advertising (no cold calling required). -The Inside Sales Representative also utilizes e-signs to complete the sign-up and onboarding process for our new clients. Our Inside Sales representatives are the first contact most clients have with the company and as such, we are looking for a candidate with confidence and empathy who displays strong attention to detail. -

Compensation:



--- Commission/bonus paid monthly on top of base salary for successful sign-ups. - -Starting wage is negotiable and is dependent on experience and past success at meeting sales objectives. -
--- $17 - $21 hourly base + Sales Bonuses Per Pay Period
--- 25-30 hours/week

Responsibilities:
--- The Inside Sales Representative gathers information and answers the potential client's questions before determining if the company can help.
--- The Inside Sales Representative then e-Signs the client and completes the onboarding process over the phone or schedules the client with our in-person sign-up team.

Qualifications:
--- 2 or more years of sales/customer service experience, with a special emphasis on closing
--- Candidates should demonstrate a personable/empathetic phone approach with strong persuasion skills
--- Telemarketing experience with eSign is a plus, but not necessary
--- General computer and data entry skills are also required
--- Fluent in Spanish and English is a plus
