Join Cariloha as a Field Sales Representative for multiple
regions throughout the US, where you'll play a pivotal role in
training retail sales associates, driving sales of our premium beds
and bedding products, and cultivating strong stakeholder
relationships.This dynamic position also includes overseeing
merchandising efforts at store fronts and implementing strategic
pricing and promotional programs and incentives to maximize market

somebody who can:Identify retailers to distribute Cariloha's
luxuriously soft and sustainable bedding products.Recommend,
suggest, and structure territory sales programs that will create
increased business opportunitiesClose deals with retailers and
coordinate to ensure that they will have success. Develop and
execute territory-level action plan to increase sales of Serta
Simmons Bedding, grow market share and revenue
productivityCoordinate and lead formal and informal training events
in a variety of communication settings: one-on-one, small, and
large groups or different position levelsEffectively communicate
product promotions, upcoming events, and new product
launchesProactively share best practices and actionable strategies
to maximize brand performanceFacilitate and lead ongoing retailer
Top Management partnership meetings, demonstrating strong
commitment to joint business objectivesEstablish sales objectives
by creating a territory sales plan in support of regional sales
objectivesCollaborate across internal cross-functional teams to
align on key tasks and activities and provide periodic and ad hoc
updatesAbility to prioritize store visit activities to identify and
execute on opportunities to maximize impact, increase advocacy, and
sell throughBuild and maintain trusted relationships with decisions
makers at key retailers to align on Serta Simmons Bedding strategic
and retail objectivesDevelop Top Management relationships within
top retailers to understand local strategies and align on
collaborative customer solutions to grow sales and scaleMaintain a
customer focus mindset in all territory initiatives. Serve as a
strategic partner to build customer centric solutionsAssume active
ownership of assigned sales territory and respond to specific
market needs, initiate needed action Bachelor's degree or
equivalent work experience with at least 2 years training and/or
retail selling experience with strong preference towards the
bedding, furniture, durables, or other premium consumer product
categoriesOutstanding organizational skills, attention to detail
and prioritization of tasksDemonstrate a track record of successful
partner relationships that result in the achievement of sales
objectivesEffective communicator, able to convey both written and
verbal messages clearly and conciselyFlexibility to work weekends,
holidays, and evenings to accommodate the needs of the
businessExpert in MS Office (Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint, and
Word)Ability to travel within assigned territory (50%)Valid
driver's license and reliable transportation is requiredJob
Factors/Work EnvironmentsFor this role, the base salary ranges from
$65,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on your experience and
qualifications.There is also the potential to earn commissions and
bonuses. Bonus eligibility is contingent upon meeting specific
target goals and qualifications.Compensation details: 65000-75000
