worldwide. \n Summary: \n The Assistant Sales Manager is
responsible for providing support to the Sales Manager and
assisting with management duties as directed. \n Responsibilities:
\n \n Managing all departments in the showroom as directed by the
Sales Manager. \n Reviewing sales including margins, volume,
quotas, and closing ratios while suggesting future goals. \n
Assisting the Sales Manager with customer-related issues escalating
above the Guest Experience Manager. \n Working with the Visual
Presentation Manager regarding product placement Reporting changes
in policy and other information to staff members. \n Providing
exceptional leadership to the sales, guest experience, and visual
teams as portrayed by the Sales Manager. \n Coaching members of the
staff to build individual and team success in a professional
manner. \n Learning about budgeted administrative costs including
wages and supplies. \n Gaining an understanding of the performance
of employees and assisting them as applicable. \n Ensuring complete
and adequate documentation of procedures and tasks completed. \n
Completing various report functions in a timely manner. \n
Assisting with hiring, training, and coaching the sales team. \n
Assisting the Sales Manager with preparing and administering
performance evaluations for assigned staff. \n Providing timely and
effective communications. \n Attending monthly staff meetings. \n
Other duties as assigned, essential or otherwise. \n \n \n \n
Requirements & Qualifications: \n \n \n High School Diploma
required \n 2 years working in the retail industry \n 4 years
supervising in a retail industry \n Previous supervisory experience
required \n Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office \n Ability
to learn in-house computer programs \n Ability to handle guest
concerns in a timely manner \n Ability to interview and staff
retail location \n Ability to work flexible hours and travel as
needed. \n Exceptional verbal and written communication skills \n
Knowledge and experience in team building skills. \n \n \n What’s
