Position Overview RCTV is currently seeking motivated, personable individuals to join our sales team as Telemarketing Sales Specialists at our new satellite office in Salt Lake City. This is an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy cultivating customer relationships and sharing the rich historical narratives behind numismatic coins. By engaging with our customers, you will play a key role in connecting them with valuable pieces of history and offering personalized guidance tailored to their collecting interests. With an attractive hourly rate paired with a performance-based commission structure, Telemarketing Sales Specialists at RCTV can earn upwards of $100,000 annually. Salary Range $60,000 – $100,000 per year Key Benefits • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Comprehensive Medical & Dental Benefits • 401(k) with Employer Matching • Performance-Based Commission Structure Work Schedule • Full-time, Monday – Friday (in-office) Compensation • Hourly rate plus commission Key Responsibilities • Proactively reach out to existing RCTV customers who have received their orders, no cold calling involved. • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, sharing product knowledge, and offering tailored recommendations. • Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. • Work closely with a collaborative team in a dynamic office environment. • Participate in ongoing training to deepen your knowledge of sales techniques and product offerings. • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through effective closing strategies. Desired Skills and Qualifications • Strong phone presence and experience making high-volume calls (100 per day). • Proficiency with basic computer applications, including CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. • A results-driven mindset with a passion for numismatic coins and their historical significance. • A positive, team-oriented attitude, with the drive to contribute to a supportive work environment. • Willingness to continuously learn and develop within the company.
