impact. We are hiring 5 Senior Account Executives to drive 100%
net-new business in our Dental Software division. This is a pure
hunter role —no inherited book, no account management, no renewals.
You’ll own a greenfield territory of 3,000–4,000 B2B accounts ,
selling a mission-critical SaaS platform into dental practices and
groups that genuinely need better software. If you thrive on
building pipelines, winning new logos, and closing complex
deals—this role is built for you. Although this is a 100% new
business / hunter role our brand name recognition is incredibly
strong which makes cold calls not nearly as cold as they otherwise
could be. What You’ll Do Own the full sales cycle from prospecting
to close (100% new business) Build and manage pipeline within a
defined territory (CA, or TX) Prospect via outbound calls, email,
social, and strategic outreach Run discovery, demos, and
negotiations with decision-makers Consistently meet or exceed
monthly and quarterly quota Maintain accurate pipeline and
forecasts in CRM Partner with marketing and sales leadership to
refine go-to-market motion Who We’re Looking For This role is not
for account managers or farmers This is an individual contributor
role not a people leader Required 5 years of B2B SaaS sales
experience Proven success in a 100% new logo / hunter role History
of meeting or exceeding quota Strong outbound prospecting skills
Experience running full-cycle sales (discovery ? close) Comfortable
selling remotely from a home office Strong Plus Experience selling
into healthcare or vertical SaaS Familiarity with SMB to mid-market
sales cycles Experience managing large territories or account lists

Hiring closes March 1, 2026. The posted base range for this
position is $75,000.00 - $78,000.00 with an OTE (On Target
Earnings) range of $140,000.00 to $146,000.00. This is the expected
range for an employee who is new to the role, to fully proficient
in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within
the posted range including prior experience, training, current
