University as a Talent Acquisition and Development Coordinator. The
Joyce University Talent Acquisition and Development Coordinator is
essential in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent who align

strong brand ambassador for Joyce University, ensuring that every
candidate interaction reflects our values and vision. This position
is located primarily on our Draper, UT campus with opportunity for

assistance WHAT YOU DO EVERYDAY:Job Description & Posting
Management: Develop, review, and refine job descriptions to ensure
accuracy, consistency, and alignment with university needs. Manage
job posting approvals and oversee postings across various
platforms. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role
requirements and expectations. Talent Sourcing & Screening:
Actively source, attract, and engage top talent through various
channels, including job boards, professional networks, and direct
outreach. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
to determine alignment with job requirements and university
culture. Maintain and utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to
manage candidate pipelines efficiently. Interview Coordination &
Manager Support: Schedule and coordinate interviews between
candidates and hiring teams. Provide guidance to hiring managers on
interview best practices and candidate evaluation techniques.
Facilitate structured interview processes to ensure a consistent
and fair candidate experience. Candidate Experience & Culture
Advocacy: Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates,
ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment experience.
Communicate the unique culture, values, and benefits of working at
Joyce University to prospective candidates. Represent Joyce
University at career fairs, networking events, and industry
conferences. Offer Management & Onboarding Support: Conduct salary
discussions and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure
competitive and equitable offers. Partner with HR and hiring
managers to facilitate smooth onboarding and transition processes
for new hires. Provide insights and recommendations on market
trends and compensation strategies. Training, Development, and
Compliance: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Development
Manager on Creating and assigning compliance trainings Developing
career pathways and providing career coaching Forecasting hiring
needs and develop proactive talent pipelines Ad hoc duties as
assignedRequirements:WHAT YOU'VE ACCOMPLISHED: Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
preferred.Required Experience: 3+ years of experience in
recruitment, preferably in higher education or a mission-driven
organization. Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting,
including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer
negotiations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with
the ability to build relationships at all levels. Proficiency with
applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Passion for
higher education and commitment to Joyce University's mission and
values. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment while maintaining high attention to detail.EQUAL
